Platform Role

Vinci is an independent technology platform. We want to be clear about what we are not. Vinci is:

• Not an investment advisor
• Not a mutual fund distributor
• Not a custodian
• Not a financial institution

Accounts

Users are fully responsible for maintaining the security of their account and all activities that occur under it. Vinci currently supports and requires Google authentication for account access.

Portfolio Data

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of their:

• Portfolio setup
• Funds
• Transactions
• SIP Instructions
• Tradebook data

Tradebook Connection

Vinci allows users to connect an external Google Spreadsheet as a Tradebook.

• Users remain the owners of their spreadsheets at all times.
• Vinci reads your spreadsheet data strictly for the purpose of synchronization.
• Users may disconnect their Tradebook and revoke access at any time.

Subscription Plans

Vinci is offered in multiple tiers: Free, Plus, and Pro.

Features, limits, and capabilities may vary depending on your selected subscription tier. Pricing and tier features are subject to change in the future.

Portfolio Analytics

All calculations, metrics, and insights provided by Vinci are informational only and should not be interpreted as investment recommendations.

They do not constitute investment, financial, or tax advice. Users remain entirely responsible for their own investment decisions.

Availability

We continually strive to improve Vinci. The service may evolve, change features, or undergo maintenance that could result in temporary interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

Vinci is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any financial losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for abuse, misuse, or violation of these terms. Users may also choose to stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes

These Terms and our Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
